Uptime is the percentage of recent checks where a proxy successfully responded — higher means more reliable. Response time is how long it took to connect, in milliseconds — lower means faster. Proxies with low uptime are sorted toward the bottom of the default "fastest response" view, since a fast proxy that's frequently down isn't actually useful.

Does ProxyFree log or monitor traffic sent through these proxies?
