This free proxy list aggregates working HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, and SOCKS5 proxies from multiple public sources into one place, de-duplicated and refreshed automatically every 15 minutes. As of the most recent sync, it includes 2,495 HTTP, 1,783 HTTPS, 2,253 SOCKS4, and 1,639 SOCKS5 proxies spanning 132+ countries, averaging 32.9% uptime across the current list.
Proxy types available on this list
HTTP proxies handle standard, unencrypted web traffic and are the most widely supported option for browsers, scrapers, and automation tools. HTTPS proxies add TLS encryption for the connection to the proxy itself, which matters when that leg needs to stay private — for example when submitting forms. SOCKS4 proxies operate at a lower level, relaying almost any TCP connection rather than just web traffic, which makes them useful for non-browser applications. SOCKS5 extends SOCKS4 with authentication support and UDP relaying, making it the more capable choice when an application needs more than basic TCP forwarding. Use the protocol filter above to narrow the list down to exactly the type you need.
How to pick the right proxy
Every entry in the list shows its country, protocol, anonymity level, organization/ASN, response time, and uptime, so you can compare options at a glance instead of guessing. Filter by country if a task needs a specific location, by protocol if an application requires HTTP/HTTPS or SOCKS, by minimum uptime to rule out unreliable servers, and by anonymity level (elite, anonymous, or transparent) depending on how much a task needs to hide. Sorting by "Fastest response" automatically groups reliable proxies (green or amber uptime) ahead of unreliable ones, so the top of the list is usually the best starting point.
Keeping the list fresh
Free proxies have a short shelf life — a server that works now can be offline, overloaded, or reassigned within the hour. Rather than showing a static snapshot, this list is fully replaced every 15 minutes from live source data, so stale entries don't linger and newly available proxies show up quickly. The "Updated" timestamp above the table reflects exactly when that happened.
Using free proxies safely
Because this list is sourced from public, free servers rather than a vetted or paid service, treat every entry as unverified: test a proxy with the Proxy Checker before depending on it, and avoid using any free proxy for logging into important accounts or entering payment details. For most everyday uses — checking region-specific content, testing, or basic scraping — the list above is refreshed often enough to keep a steady supply of working options.

-
1
Choose a proxy
Browse the list above and filter by country, protocol (HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS4/SOCKS5), and anonymity level to find a proxy that fits what you need it for.
-
2
Add it to your device
Copy the IP address and port, then enter them into your device's or browser's proxy settings (Windows/macOS network settings, a browser extension, or an app's connection settings both work — the exact steps depend on what you're using it in).
-
3
Connect and check the status
Save the settings and try loading a page. If it doesn't connect, the proxy may already be offline — free proxies come and go, so pick another from the list and try again.
-
4
Use it to protect your original IP
Once connected, sites you visit see the proxy's IP address instead of your own — useful for basic anonymity, checking how a site looks from another location, or keeping your real IP address private.
